At Lockheed Martin, the Cyber After Hours program provides employees an opportunity to study recent cyber trends and refine their skills in the evening when the responsibilities of their day jobs have temporarily come to a close. Lockheed Martin Senior Fellow Dawn Beyer volunteers as a class instructor in the After Hours program and says she learns just as much from program attendees as attendees learn from the class.
